The 166th Regional Training Institute (RTI) has been at the forefront of providing exceptional training to the members of the Pennsylvania Army National Guard and the United States Army. 1st Battalion (Maneuver)

Specializes in training soldiers in tactical ground operations, leadership skills, and combat readiness.
