Our 2nd Battalion staff and students had the unique opportunity to showcase their exceptional artillery skills during an Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) Bosslift event. This event provided civilian employers with a firsthand look at the rigorous training and expertise required of our National Guard members.
The live-fire artillery training demonstration took place at the Fort Indiantown Gap, where our skilled artillerymen displayed their proficiency in operating various artillery systems. The precision and coordination exhibited by our troops thoroughly impressed the visiting employers, who gained a newfound appreciation for the dedication and professionalism of our National Guard members.

The ESGR Bosslift program is designed to promote understanding and support between civilian employers and their employees who serve in the National Guard and Reserve. By inviting employers to witness training exercises like this one, the program aims to foster a supportive work environment for our service members, ensuring they can effectively balance their military duties with their civilian careers.
We extend our gratitude to the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve Pennsylvania ESGR and The National Guard Pennsylvania National Guard for their ongoing support and for making this event possible. Their commitment to our service members is truly commendable.
