Course Highlights
The Battle Staff NCO Course (BSNCOC) is a branch-immaterial functional course designed to transform Staff Sergeants through Master Sergeants into effective battle staff NCOs. This challenging program pushes participants to think critically and creatively, tackling complex problems head-on.

Key focus areas include:
- Mission Command and Control
- Decisive Action
- Army Operations (including Multidomain and Large Scale Combat Operations)
- Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP)
- Joint Planning Process (JPP)
Participants are evaluated through various challenging assessments, including short answer responses, essays, graphics & overlays, course of action sketches, and plans, orders & attachments.
